I moved to Hilton Head Island in 1978 when I was 7 years old. Originally from Barrington, Illinois, I am proud to call Hilton Head Island & the Lowcountry of South Carolina my Home!

I currently live in Bluffton, SC with my 2 children who have been my inspiration for many years. When my daughter was born in 1998 I was an Office Manager for my Fathers Company. Luckily he allowed me to bring my daughter to work & we set up a Nursery in the office. When I was expecting my 2nd child in 1999, my father advised me that I needed to make other arrangements because by that time my daughter was getting into everything.

I decided I needed to work at home so I could be with my children & be very involved in their every milestone. I had a lot of experience with running a business, accounting skills and customer service experience. I decided to start my own company. It was not a tough decision because at the time, my husband and I were building websites as a hobby. We decided to take it to the next level & start a web design company and in 1999 we started LCCSWEB which was originally named Low Country Computer Services. We fixed a few computers but eventually we changed the name to LCCSWEB and we focused completely on custom website design.

Over the years I have learned a lot of programming skills but I pride myself on my graphic design projects. I LOVE to create. I am blessed with artistic skills that allow me to create top quality logos, graphic designs, photography, print marketing & website design templates. I am also very knowledgeable with website marketing, search engine optimization & Email Newsletters.

In 2011 my husband and I separated. He moved to North Carolina & has expanded LCCSWEB into Morehead City, NC. I decided to keep my participation on a local level and created Godwin Designs to maintain the personal business relationship I have with my LOYAL clients.
